GOD
BE

Poetry is a gift that God bestows upon a man or a woman that earnestly
seeks the God of Heaven. Over the years, I have written numerous
poems. Poems are an expression of the heart and soul. The
following poem entitled "WILL
GOD BE PLEASED?" is
a prayer and may apply to the earnest heart of any Christian. May
this poem also be a blessing to you:
WILL
GOD BE
PLEASED?

When
my life plays scenes of yesteryears
Will
God be pleased?
When
my life plays scenes of daily cares
Will
God be pleased?
Tomorrow
is another day
But
have I toiled and worked for His Kingdom today?
I
know who holds my tomorrow
And
in Jesus my life is secure.
Gold
and silver I do not have
That
I may present to the Heavenly King
But
tears like diamonds come from the heart
And
I cherish my worth as a Child of the King!
|
"Let
us therefore come boldly unto the throne of grace, that we may
obtain mercy, and find grace to help in time of need."
Hebrews
4:16
