THE
INVENTION
OF
THE
COSMO

25, 2002) Have you ever given much thought about the inventiveness
of the universe? There
is no doubt that enormous knowledge about the Cosmo was gleaned over the
last 100 years. Who
would have thought that man could land on the moon in the year
1969? The astounding occurrences bring awe to mankind.
My
dictionary states:

“Cosmology is the study of the universe as perceived by the senses,
and concept of the universe arrived at through this study. Proceeding
from the scientific base provided by cosmogony (q.v.) through its
study of the origins and development of the universe, cosmology
utilizes philosophical speculation to achieve its concept of the
cosmos as an orderly, harmonious universe."

I
believe that the God of the universe is a God of order and not of
chaos. From the time of Adam and Eve, God gave dominion to mankind (see
article IN
THE GARDEN OF EDEN).
This dominion is meant to be used wisely.
During
ages past and during the present time, knowledge has expanded in many
areas of people’s lives. Scripture tells us of such phenomenal
occurrence.
(Daniel 12:4)
Have
you ever questioned the fact that God is able to hear your heart’s
desire--even though there are six plus billion people living on this
global earth?
A
profound Scripture Promise tells us:
“Call
unto me, and I will answer thee, and show thee great and mighty
things, which thou knowest not.” Jeremiah 33:3
The
Biblical Brochure #01-03-11, written on February 17, 1998, speaks
about Prayer and Praise as follows:
PRAYERS
AND SONGS THAT CAN TRANSCEND
THE
TIME AND SPACE OF THE COSMO

When
answers to prayer petitions are not received, some people become
discouraged. I have prayed many years about problem situations,
and God has answered (many) prayers. Also, some prayer petitions
go unanswered, or may be realized in the future. Such phenomena
are often the subject of discussion.
As
a believer, I can share my views on the subject of “PRAYERS
AND SONGS THAT TRANSCEND THE TIME AND THE SPACE OF THE COSMO.”
1.
Jesus tells us, “...Verily,
verily, I say unto thee, Except a man be born again, he cannot see the
kingdom of God.” (John 3:3)
2.
A new believer needs to grow in Christ--like a newborn baby that is
expected to grow into adulthood. In order for the child to have
a healthy growth, the baby needs to consume milk daily. The
Bible also tells us: “As
newborn babes, desire the sincere milk of the word, that ye may grow
thereby:” I Peter 2:2
3.
As the believer matures, it is important that he or she learns to put
on the “Spiritual Gear,” namely, “the Armour of God” (Ephesians
6:11-18).
4.
The Christian also needs to be aware that in his or her lifetime, “Spiritual
Warfare” is part of the dedicated believer’s life. Our
Heavenly Father sent the Holy Spirit in the day of Pentecost. (Acts
2:1-4).
Today, via prayer and through the Holy Spirit (the Comforter), we can
approach “the Throne of God”
(Hebrews 4:16). We
can also be assured that the Holy Spirit makes intercession for us (Romans
8:26).
5.
Prayers and songs do transcend time and space and, thus, reaching the
heavenly corridors (poetically speaking). Rest assured, the
Heavenly Father is concerned about every soul on this planet earth
(John 3:16).
When
calling upon the Heavenly Father, He sees the purity of the petitions
and the heart.
Prayers
and Songs can reach “the God in heaven"
(Daniel
2:28)
