IF TIME
HEALS
WOUNDS
~
I
see the wounds that others bear
When
sorrow strikes so unprepared
Oh
weeping heart, the wound is deep
And
grieving lasts for many weeks.
If
time heals wounds, then Lord I pray
Pour
ointment in that heart today
May
Your Presence be with us day and night
And
loving memories bring a smile.
Lord,
we do not know about the tomorrows
And
Comfort please do give
And
love that “Hurting Heart” I pray
And
whisper, “Peace, Be Still.”
