On Sunday, September 9, 2001, I sat in a church sanctuary.  The atmosphere during the Worship Service was absolutely awesome.  The Presence of Almighty God brought tears to my eyes.  Was I sad? “No”  Was I thinking of problems in my life?  Answer:  I was grateful for answered prayers that occurred during the past years.

You may state that “Some people are emotional when they declare that tears stain their eyes during a Congregational Worship.”

Let me tell you -- I am not a doctor, psychologist, or a psychiatrist; and, yet, I believe with all my heart that we, as God’s Children, can lift up our hearts to God during a Congregational Worship.

“How,” you may ask, “Can a person come to God with a reverential attitude of the heart?”  Our human mind may not fully understand the following table:

GOD IS . . . OMNIPRESENT -- quality of being everywhere OMNISCIENT -- quality of being all-knowing OMNIPOTENT -- unlimited in universal power

The Bible tells me “But without faith it is impossible to please him: for he that cometh to God must believe that he is, and that he is a rewarder of them that diligently seek him. Hebrews 11:6

Will God meet you in a special way if you only attend the House of Worship occasionally?  The Bible does encourage attending “the assembling of ourselves together” as we a see the End Time years. (Hebrews 10:25)

The person’s heart and soul needs cleansing that God through His Son Jesus Christ can provide.  To approach a Holy God with a diligently attitude will be a sign that you are telephoning Heaven and requesting “Spiritual Blessings” that God gives to the seeking heart.  (Jeremiah 33:3)

I can state again -- “The September 9th Worship Service was awesome.” God’s Presence in my life is needed as is food to one’s body.  “The Heavenly Bread of Life (God’s Holy Presence) is nourishment to one’s Spiritual Life.”

I already stated that God’s Presence is “Omnipresent, Omniscient, and Omnipotent.”  God can meet you where you are -- while you are reading this Computer Screen. His Holy Presence is not only found in a church (although I am thankful for God’s Presence of September 9th), but God is willing to meet your heart’s desire and give you strength and a sustaining power in all your circumstances.

On Sunday morning during the “Tongue and Interpretation, a Spirit-filled woman stated, in essence, that God was waiting before the Service began and that He was ‘Stirring the Waters’.”

Dear reader, God is also waiting for you in the House of Worship of your choice.

Will God see you in church on Sunday?

Psalm 104:33 and 34 tells me:

 

”I will sing unto the LORD as long as I live:  I will sing praise to my God while I have my being.  My meditation of him shall be sweet:  I will be glad in the LORD.“
