Each
person was created with certain abilities. As years go by,
the person may continue to expand his or her abilities and learn
via one's chosen education. Certainly, education is
important in this day and age. When comparing the lifestyle of
one-hundred years ago, we realize that mankind has come a long
way. Furthermore, knowledge in many fields has increased
tremendously. And, of course, knowledge was also
prophesied in the Book of Daniel, Chapter Twelve.
You
may ask, "Is it possible to live a life without knowing
about the Sovereign God?" Undoubtedly, it is possible
to live a life without giving any thought about the Heavenly
Creator; namely - God the Father, God the Son, and God the Holy
Spirit. However, the eternity of your or my choice is very
real. (Hebrews
9:27) While
traveling through life's journey, my desire is to use the gifts
and/or talents that God has given to me, and, thus, proclaim the
"Good News of Jesus Christ that Saves, Heals, and
Delivers." Jesus said: ".
. . I am come that they might have life, and that they
might have it more abundantly." John 10:10
Also,
God does give gifts and/or talents with different types of
abilities and with different measures. The "Gift of
Poetry" may bring forth a multitude of spiritual emotion
that bring blessings to other people.
May

THE
RIVER OF LIFE
Written

Does
your heart have burdens
Do
you carry a heavy load?
My
friend, I know of a river
That
can soothe the thirsty soul.
This
water flows from that river
And
its supply never runs dry
Because
this Eternal Water
Brings
calm to the inner heart's cry.
No
person on earth has all the answers
To
problems that plague mankind
The
vast river gives "Life Eternal"
And
"Jesus is the River of Life!"
