THE
ENDTIMES?

Some
time ago, I wrote a paragraph that briefly summarizes the contents of the
Holy Bible as follows:
"The
Holy Bible has stood the 'Test of Time.' Its awe-inspiring messages
(GENESIS TO REVELATION) have proclaimed the 'Awesome Creation,' the
'Mighty Rulers of Nations,' the 'Weaknesses of Mankind,' the
'Fulfillment of Events Proclaimed by
Prophets,' the 'Prayers of Sincere Hearts,'
the 'Birth of the
Saviour of the world; namely, Jesus Christ the Lord,'
the 'Holy Spirit's Power at
Pentecost,' and the 'Promise of Christ's Return
for the Church--the
worldwide Bride.' " JSH
Throughout
the past centuries, much has changed
when comparing the "then and now". The world seemed different during the times of the
existence of my grandparents and parents. Have you given any thought
about the type of world that you or I are now living in? Are you concerned about
the technological age that may bring negative influences that are not
conducive to Godly living?
There
is no doubt that people on this planet are more knowledgeable about the
happenings that occur on this globe. I watch TV and read much material . .
. secular and/or religious material. People do realize that sooner or later
we all will some day face the "Creator of the Universe"! Just
think: "Will all the knowledge that was accumulated matter much
more in the eternity of one's choice; or, will it be more important that I
or you have learned to get to know God that loves mankind so much that He
permitted Jesus to come to earth to "seek and to save that which
was lost"; and, therefore, give you or I access to live some day in the
Glorious Eternity.!
(Luke 19:10)
Dear
Reader: Please understand that I am for expanding one's knowledge.
Companies that hire employees will always want to know your educational
background. In today's society it is important that we learn about
"what is going on" around us; and, at the same time, we not only
feed the "daily knowledge side of our lives", but, also, feed the
"inner man"; namely, the soul that God breathed into us when I or
you were in a mother's womb.
(Psalm 139:13,14)
The
Bible tells us in Matthew 16:26:
"For what is a man profited, if he shall gain the whole world, and lose
his own soul? or what shall a man give in exchange for his soul?"
I
believe caution must be exercised when an individual interprets the Bible
that may counteract the theological importance of the Holy Scriptures.
It is important that "Discernment" is needed; and "that"
discernment comes from accepting the Spirit of God.
Much discussion can be had when reference is made to the previous sentences. Briefly explained
.............
When
a person accepts the "Salvation Plan" (http://www.haloministries.net/Salvation.htm),
that person will accept the Lord's forgiveness (John 3:16) via the Holy
Spirit tugging at his or her heart. When a person "speaks in
tongues", etc. those are gifts given to the person by a greater
infilling of the Holy Spirit. Furthermore, the power of the Holy
Spirit will give you additional insights (discernment) in matters that may
not line up with the Holy Scripture.

This
morning at about 7:00 a.m., my thoughts focused upon heaven
and the "Future Return of Jesus Christ". Have you ever
thought about the excitement that is taking place in heaven at the present time?
When a
person plans for a wedding, there is much preparation that must be
accomplished until the final day arrives for the anticipated wedding that
will take place. Wedding ceremonies usually take place in a church and, then,
a festive wedding reception takes place in a location that the bride and
groom have chosen.
I
do believe that there is excitement in heaven! The atmosphere in
heaven is probably indescribable. God loves you and/or I so much and He wants communication with all mankind. God sent Jesus to earth,
approximately 2000 years ago, to pave the road to heaven for mankind (John
3:16). And, even
today, in this chaotic world, God has "plans for good and not
evil".
Do
you know that some day a wedding will take place in heaven? (Revelation
19:7,8,9)
When
Jesus walked this earth, he encouraged the disciples by sharing that "In
my Father's house are many mansions, etc." (John
14:1,2,3,4). Those
Scripture Verses also apply to Christians today.
Yes,
I believe, Christ will return to "Rapture the Church and take believers
to heaven". Recently, there was "much commotion throughout
the world" about the date-setting of May 21, 2011. Supposedly, on
May 21, the end of the world was to take place. As a Bible-believing
Christian, we are to be cautious about the date-setting of Christ's
Return.
Matthew
24:35-37 states: "Heaven and earth shall pass away, but my words
shall not pass away. But
of that day and hour knoweth no man, no, not the angels of heaven, but my
Father only. But
as the days of Noah were, so shall also the coming of the Son of man be."

This
morning, May 28, 2011, while having a cup of coffee, I turned to the TV
Channel that featured the dialog between President Obama and the Prime
Minister D. Tusk of Poland. It has been stated that Poland is an ally
to the
United States of America.
During
the above-mentioned conference, communicative dialog was presented between
President Obama and the Prime Minister of Poland. Many topics were
discussed. The political world scene is also an interest to me.
It has been stated by Ministers of the Gospel that we are living in the
Endtimes. The "Return of Christ" with the backing of
Scripture, has been enumerated within this article entitled "The
Endtimes?", Page 59.
The
United States of America has experienced tremendous weather storms and
tornados. (Bible Reference: Matthew, Chapter 24) The devastation from such occurrences brings sadness and
much sorrow to those that have lost so much of their belongings.
Prayers are brought to the Throne of God; and, in time, recovery from such devastations
will materialize.
I
also pray for "the peace of Jerusalem", the nation of Israel,
and the nations of the world. Our God in Heaven sees the
hearts of people that cry to Him!

HE DOES HEAR PRAYERS! |

Recently
(May 2011), I received an email message that made reference to a
well-written article. The article was written by Bojidar Marinoy,
"a reformed missionary to his native Bulgaria for over 10
years." The article was published on May 11, 2011 and is entitled
"Ahmadinejad, Antichrist, and the Problem of
Evil". Bojidar made reference in the article that within the past
years a number of world leaders were tagged as the antichrist.
The
entire article may be accessed via http://americanvision.org/4468/ahmadinejad-antichrist-and-the-problem-of-evil-2/.
One paragraph, from the
article that is published onto the American Vision Website, reads as
follows:
Bojidar
Marinoy writes: "There in fact is one Man who rules the world,
and will progressively expand His rule over it. But He is not evil. No one
can rule the world, not even for a few years, by deception and evil. But
Jesus Christ can rule it by His truth and justice. The prophecy for it was
given to us in the Book of Daniel: The stone that smashed the Empires will
grow to fill the whole earth. Only by the truth of Christ the world can be
united under one law, and one power. Righteous men can self-consciously
submit to that ruler, and therefore He will have no rivals. The King of
kings and the Lord of lords will never allow another to take over His world.
No Antichrist will reign; Christ reigns.
Fear
Him."
As
stated previously, the article by Bojidar is well written; however, I do not
concur with some of the theological input from the above writer. My Bible
tells me that an Antichrist will come on the scene. It is important
that a Christian keep one's heart clean. People will say that "we
need to keep an open mind"; however, the question is: "Do
the theological writings line up with the Word of
God?"

Over
the years and today, God is using "A Great man of God" that preaches and teaches people throughout the nations of this globe.
Rev. Billy Graham has faithfully proclaimed the Gospel of Jesus Christ
throughout many years and, therefore, many people have come to know the
"Saving Grace of Jesus Christ". From time to time I receive
a brief email message that shares topics about the Holy Scripture.
The
following paragraph appears in the Section of the "DECISION
MAGAZINE" from the Billy Graham Evangelistic Association . . . . . .
A Gospel of Crisis
by Billy Graham
Christianity
presents a Gospel of crisis. It is the Gospel of Good News, to be sure—that
God has a plan for your life, that God loves you, that God is a God of
mercy, that God will forgive you if you confess and forsake your sins and
have faith in His Son, Jesus Christ—but as far as the world system is
concerned, the Bible says that Christianity is a Gospel of crisis. It
proclaims that the world's days are numbered. Every cemetery testifies that
the Bible is true. Our days on this planet are numbered. The Bible says that
life is only a vapor that appears for a moment and then vanishes, that it is
like the grass that withers and the flowers that fade.

Johanna's
Comments: The question "When Will Jesus Return?" has
been and is an age-old question. Many years ago, a pastor's wife gave
an answer to the foregoing question . . . "LOOK TO THE SKY , ,
, PERHAPS TODAY!"

(5-30-2011)
Additional Comments:
I believe in "Godly Dreams and Visions". On November 29,
2010 and December 1, 2010, an article was written about a "Dove
Vision". The article may be accessed via http://www.haloministries.net/AVisionPg3.htm.
Dear
Reader: The Holy Spirit is at work today! Why? GOD, THROUGH HIS
SPIRIT, does talk to vessels that will yield to HIS WILL!!! JSH
