WHAT
IS FREEDOM?

[June
26, 2004] The "Political Realm" in America has many
beliefs and/or promises.
The
"Religious Realm" in America has many denominational
affiliations, but God reigns above all mankind throughout this vast
world. [Matthew 5:45]
The
month of July reminds us of the Independence Day that is celebrated
on July 4th. The July 4th commemorates the existence of an
important American document that was signed on July 4, 1776.
The signing of the American document at that time period made the
colonies to be free and independent States.
Humanity
desires to be living in freedom.
My
dictionary tells me that "Freedom" is: "Liberty
from bondage and slavery."
Freedom
for any country is, at times, a costly item. Also, freedom in
many countries gives the choice of voting for a leadership of a
city, a leadership of a state, or a leadership of a country.
A
recent email message [June 2004] gave reference to a Presidential
website. The website gave opportunity to send messages to
local newspapers; therefore, the following message was sent to
newspaper editors by the writer of this article:

Stand for America
Dear
Editor:
The
God of the universe wants societies to live in peace; and, yet, wars
have been fought and are being fought. However, total peace
will prevail when Christ rules in the future millennium. When
a country is being minimized via an enemy, is that country to do
nothing? The President of these United States of America has a
tough job in helping with the law and order of this land so that
this country is safe [from] against the foes that dare to disarm the
security of this Nation!
God
Bless President George W. Bush, Vice President Dick Cheney and
America!

thank you for the religious freedom in America. Bless
the people in leadership; and may heavenly wisdom guide our
