HUMANITY
AND
ETERNAL
LIFE

) When I think of humanity, what comes to my mind? The people
throughout the world - past and present - are considered within the
group of humanity. The group of humanity includes fathers,
mothers, other relatives, doctors, lawyers, the business people,
government personnel, leaders of nations, etc.
We
may also focus on people that are in the news today. This
morning (1-14-05), I am thinking about the tsunami victims, the
people that cope with rising rivers, or the people coping with the
mudslides in California. Tragedies are never pleasant because
it takes courage and/or coping power for those people to face
day-to-day life during those circumstances.
Some
time ago a relative said to me, "I don’t watch the news
because there is too much negative news." The relative
may have been correct in her perspective about the news. The
Bible does teach us, however, to look at the "good" in
mankind (Philippians
4:8).
I also believe that the foregoing Scripture speaks about the
attributes and/or character of any individual.
Christ
Jesus - the Son of the Most High God - came to earth 2000 years ago
for the purpose of allowing humanity to access Heaven; thus being
able to receive entrance to the glorious eternal life. The
glorious eternal life is promised to all mankind. Jesus
said, "... I am come that they might have life, and that they
might have it more abundantly." [John 10:10]
I
trust that the March
2005 E-Newsletter
is a blessing to you. Why not remember the tsunami victims in
your prayers. Also, remember to pray for people that are
victims because of floods and mudslides. [James
5:13]

month of March 2005 reminds us of the Easter Holiday. At
Easter time we are reminded of the sacrifice that Jesus made on the
cross of Calvary and that He arose from the dead and lives at the
Right of the Heavenly Father. A web page so beautifully

We
live in an information age that gives little time for allowing the
expansion of the spiritual aspect to mankind. Oftentimes, I,
too, must take time to ponder and/or pray in order to receive
nourishment for my heart and soul. Recently I came across an
awesome, brief movie clip that displayed photos, music and
thoughtful questions. Please take time for this worthwhile
movie clip. As I viewed the movie clip, a profound thought
came to me as well: "Do
you realize that in eternity I, too, will see Christ with his nail
scarred hands, an indication that he died for all
