My philosophy makes me think--time and time again--how dependent we are upon God that reigns over all (Matthew 5:45). This was once again proven to me within the last couple days. I again attended a wonderful worship service on Sunday, March 11, 2001. On March 12th, God gave me an awesome dream that spoke volumes to my heart. However, when the morning of March 12th arrived, I could hardly get out of bed. (This is unusual for me, because I am a person that likes to be "on the go" and get things done--no matter if it is for my family and/or for the HALO MINISTRIES.) Monday, March 12, 2001, was a day that was totally spent in bed, due to the flu that is making its round in this area. Today, Tuesday, March 13th, I am grateful to be able to continue my daily routine--household chores, praying, reading my Bible, writing, etc.
What was the "Significant Dream of March 11-12?" I firmly believe that "Spiritual Dreams must have a Biblical Significance." Time and time again that has been proven in my life, and I am so grateful that, time and time again, God speaks to me also by giving me those "Spiritual Dreams and/or Visions."
THE INTERPRETATION
We know that Christ will not return on a white stallion, but will return from Heaven for the "Worldwide, Born-Again Believers" that is representative of the "Bride of Christ." The Bride in the saloon represents the believers that find themselves at home, in the workplace, etc. Indeed we are not a people living by ourselves, but do live in a world that is representative of a saloon - or, perhaps, worse. The Holy Scripture tells me: "Therefore be ye also ready: for in such an hour as ye think not the Son of man cometh." Matthew 24:44
I may live in this world; however, as part of the "Bride of Christ" I am reminded of the Scripture that tells me that Jesus prayed: "I pray not that thou shouldest take them out of the world, but that thou shouldest keep them from the evil. Sanctify them through thy truth: thy word is truth." (John 17:15,17)
The Bride in the saloon kept her garment pure and white, and she continued to look for her Bridegroom.
P.S. This evening, November 10, 2001, my husband and I attended a lovely wedding reception. A dear lady spoke about the Lord attending a wedding celebration and the miracle of Him turning the water into wine. The lady gave a beautiful prayer, and, then, the married couple and the many guests participated in a delicious wedding dinner.
Some day a Wedding Celebration will take place in Heaven (Revelation 19:5-10).
