Know ye not that Christ Jesus gave himself a ransom for all.(1)  Men ought to pray and lift up holy hands without wrath and doubting.(2)  The women ought to adorn themselves with modest apparel,(3) in such a way as becometh women professing godliness.(4)

If you desire the office of a pastor, you desire a good work.(1)  A pastor must be blameless and be of good behavior.(2)  He must show the quality of patience.(3)  Also, he needs to rule his house well.(4)  The pastor must have a good report so that others can see that he is a godly man.(5)
