Ye have heard an eye for an eye, and a tooth for a tooth.(1)  But I say whosoever smite thee on thy right cheek, turn to him the other also.(2)  And whosoever shall compel thee to go a mile, go with him two miles.(3)  But when thou doest thine alms, do not sound a trumpet before thee.(5)
