December 7 ~ Inheritance Of God's Promise

By faith Noah prepared an ark, thus saving his house.(1)  By faith Abraham obeyed and moved although he knew not the destination, but believed in the inheritance of God' promise.(2)  By faith Abraham sojourned in the land of promise with his sons Isaac and Jacob.(3)  For Abraham looked for a city whose builder and maker is God.(4)

December 8 ~ Peace

Despise not the chastening of the Lord, nor faint when you are rebuked of Him.(1)  No chastening seems joyful when it is done, but afterwards it yields peaceable fruit of righteousness.(2)  Follow peace with everyone.(3)  And don't allow a root of bitterness to spring up to trouble you.(4)  Serve God with reverence and Godly fear.(5)
