2007] The Bible - God's
Holy Word - tell us: "But
without faith it is impossible to please him: for he that cometh to
God must believe that he is, and that he is a rewarder of them that
diligently seek him". Ref: Hebrews 11:6 The
Bible speaks of "Visions" and "Dreams" in the Old
Testament and in the New Testament. Ref:
Psalm 89:19; Proverbs 29:18; Habakkuk 2:2,3; Acts 10:10-22.
Also, Scripture
tells us that God is the
"same yesterday, and today, and forever." Ref: Hebrews
13:8 I
believe that Spiritual Dreams and/or Spiritual Visions have a significance
in today's society. I believe it is important to listen to the
Spiritual Dream and/or Spiritual Vision; however, discernment in those
matters and the integrity of the person giving the Dream and/or Vision is
important. God is a God of many designs, and He is able to use any sincere
Vessel that is willing to share such awesome happenings.
I am a Christian
Writer and consider the Halo Ministries an awesome Christian Outreach on
the worldwide web. It was in the early 1980's, when I wrote about
"An Appointment". Because there have been many pages written
thus far, I recently reviewed that particular page and its attachment. Again I
was reminded of a particular day in the early 1980's; and that written page
of that day, with its attachment, I want to share with the public as follows . . . . .
AN
APPOINTMENT
Written

One
Sunday morning, in the early 1980's, it was time for me to get up and
prepare breakfast for my family. That Sunday morning I also was
planning to get ready to go to God's House.
The
flu season was occurring during that time, and I was not exempt from this
malady. That morning I decided to rest and soon realized that I could
not attend the Sunday church service. My
husband and the two sons drove to the church to attend the Sunday morning
service. That morning, I listened half-heartedly to a TV
minister. I did not have a temperature but felt quite ill. That
morning, the Lord allowed me to see a dying world. For three evenings
thereafter, this picture was made very real to me.
I
did, indeed, have an appointment with the Lord that morning. Three
months later, that particular appointment was written onto a paper in a
prose form. The Prose/Poem reads as follows:
AN
APPOINTMENT
WITH
GOD!
I
once saw a vision, it seemed as though
It
was such a real dream.
I
sat on a white fence and
Surveyed
what was before me.
To
the right of me, I saw many lambs
Their
fleece were white as snow.
They
were grazing this luscious field
And
what a sight to behold!
To
the left of me, I saw other lambs,
They,
too, were grazing this field.
But
their destiny was not Heaven's Gate,
But
led to the pit of hell.
"Dear
God", I cried, as I surveyed this real dream,
Spare
me this cruel sight.
And
God heard my cry and spared me the sight,
Of
lambs falling in the lake of fire.
I
jumped off this fence and freely roamed,
The
field with white lambs following me.
We
then saw a sight in the horizon so fair,
It
was white clouds that were in the sky.
I
knew without a doubt it was Heaven the Land,
So
pure and so fair.
I
was swept up in a cloud,
And,
then, surveyed what was before me.
With
all my heart, I cried, "Dear God",
Won't
you allow other sheep to follow Thee,
So
they too will reach the Home in the Sky,
And
live with You eternally!
